SUMMER PART1
SORRY GUYZ FOR NEGLECTING MY BLOG FOR SOOOOOOO LONG!!!!! i have'nt gottten to use a cmputer in over a few weeks or i just forget to post on my blog. so Summer for me has been amazing!!! i will start out with the 1st part of my summer vacation. i went to LONDON :)))) JEALOUS MUCH ??? hahaha JK. But was so amazing we saw(if you don't know what i am talkiing about just search those places and it will help) Big Ben, Westministers Abbey, tower of london where we saw the Kohinoor diamonds, London Bridge,Shopped in Picadilly Circus and Oxford Circus, ate fish and chips in Trafalgar square, of course the buckingham palace, the london eye, Shakespears GLOBE, St.Pauls Cathedral, sherlocks holmes museum, and the Kesington place which is about to be the home for Kate and William. :))))) The whole week there was sooo beautiful not just the sightseeing but the weather and the food :)) and i loved taking the tube (or subway) to all the places. i will describe the more interesting places that have stories to go along with them.
When we went to the Buckingham Palace we saw the change of guards which is basically like they are changing their shift. But after the boring ceremony and being smushed we got to see the royal mews. the Royal Mews is where all the carriges and royal horses are put. even though they were justy carriges it was so amazing to see all the design of each carrige up close. we even got to see the coronation carrige which is plated in gold and it is absolutely stunning.

if you don't know the Globe was were Shakespeare held his plays. the not so wealthy people would stand and the second weltheist would sit near the ground and the wealthies like the queen and kings would sit on the top. the day we went to Shakespeare's Globe was a miracle. when we entered the gate the lady said we couldn't go in with a ticket. then she told us taht the shows were sold out for the rest of the week so we wouldn't be able to watch a show however my mom overheard someone giveing away tickets and those were free and sitting tickets !!!! it was so exciting because we got to see one of my favorite plays Much ado about nothing!!!!!
thats all i'm gonna blog for now !!!!! i will show yall the pics when i get back to TEXAS and describe them in even more deatail luv yall and i'm missing yall too

New book!!!!
i realllly badly want the Throne Of Fire by: Rick Riordan. It is the sequels to The red Pyramid and the second book in the Kane Chronicles series. It has gotten really good reviews and all my friends that have it say that it is also really good. Anther thing i'm trying to persuade my parents to buy is either a nook or kindle. I've have been reading about each and i have decide that i would rather have a NOOK even though they are more expensive you can get more books and adjust the size of the font if it is to small or big. i think this is a really good buy.

Written in Bone
Written in Bone examines history through 17th-century bone biographies, including those of colonists teetering on the edge of survival at Jamestown, Virginia, and those living in the wealthy and well-established settlement of St. Mary’s City, Maryland.
The forensic investigation of human skeletons provides intriguing information on people and events of America's past. No other inanimate objects make us feel the same passionate curiosity as the remains of once-living, breathing individuals like us.

the misfits
by: James Howe (author of Bunnicula)
This is a teen novel about a group of twelve year olds at a middle school in a small town in America. These three boys and one girl are going through the normal troubles of the transition between childhood and becoming teens. The four are the usual outcasts found in most schools, and one of their number has decided to take a stand against what she sees as the hypocrisy in her school. Through her determination to put forward her beliefs, she forces her friends to step back and take a look at themselves and each other.
The book is written from the point of view of one of the kids, Bobby, and since the group are all only twelve, The Misfits manages to look at some of the issues facing early teens Some of the issues it touches on with surprising grace are deaths of loved ones, homosexuality and people being more than they seem. It is pleasant to read in that it does not give out the impression of trying to deal with these things; rather it pulls them all together in a light-hearted story, encompassing events and emotions that many people go through. This book really shows what middle school really is about.
